That Facebook connection got more interesting with this recent article that Facebook was going to produce their AI Chips at Samsungs foundry. 

 
What makes the Samsung connection interesting is that in the November Zacks report report Lisa Thompson stated this. 
“ POET is about to send alpha samples of a new design it requested.  Celestial AI is working with Samsung  to design light enabled memory drives for AI applications “
